Why BelaxDiary?

The name came about after much brainstorming with my sister, I wanted a meaningful and at the same time simple name. I wanted something that would coincide with the purpose of my blog and podcast. When I was young I was taught to keep a diary during those tough times when I felt that I could not speak to anyone I truly trusted.
This diary is a little bit different though, I will be including many happy and exciting events and experiences, along with the not so good events and experiences in my life. This diary will include many adventures, reflections, my healing and vulnerability journey, as well as my travel food diary.
I am so excited and nervous to bring you all along this journey with me, but I would not have it any other way.
